I'm Happy...

I am very happy about the MARS Project. It means that i am able to run around and play whilst wearing the sanitary towel......

This is Harshna Mistry, a 26 year old project manager working in clinical research for GlaxoSmithKline in the UK. She came to Kenya in July 2013 on a 6 month PULSE assignment......

The MARS Project is an innovative programme designed to combat absenteeism amongst school girls during their monthly menstruation. The project provides valuable education and skills based training to make reusable sanitary towels from locally available materials.
